A warning about buying Edutige microphones online
So I want to start this post by saying thank you to all of you. Because of your amazing support and encouragement, Edutige microphones have become a lot more popular, so thank you.
Now, because of how popular our microphones have become, there are other people out there selling our products. That might sound good, but there is a huge problem that you as a consumer are probably unaware of.
It’s good to be well informed
You see, there are unauthorized sellers on major shopping sites such as Amazon and eBay selling either used, defective or old and out-of-date Edutige products.
In fact, one recent case involved a customer of ours telling us that his microphone wasn’t working properly and when we checked, we found out that he had purchased the microphone on Amazon from an unauthorized seller, and that the microphone was 10 years old. 10 years old! Holy shit, right?
Even I was surprised that someone was selling one of our microphones as new, but it was a model that is 10 years old. That’s like going into a car dealership looking for a new car and driving home with a 10 year old car that has a hundred thousand miles on it, but the sales person told you it was new.
I don’t know about you, but I’d be kinda pissed.
Unfortunately, it’s more common than you think
And this issue of unauthorized sellers doesn’t only affect us, but it’s actually a problem experienced by many other companies.
What you can do to protect yourself
So here is what you can do to protect yourself and ensure that you are buying genuine, new Edutige microphone products.
First, if you are in the US then head on over to Edutige.net and buy from there. We offer free shipping in the US that only takes 2 to 3 business days, and we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, along with a one-year warranty against defects or workmanship.
And of course there are all of the videos I’ve been making to help you choose the right microphone, which should be reason enough for you to buy from there, right?
Ok, maybe not.
Anyway, if you are shopping on Amazon.com, then be sure to look for our Amazon shop which is Edutige America. You can find this by looking at the sold by section on the Amazon product page.
If you see any other name except Edutige America, they are unauthorized and they could be selling either used, defective or out of date products.
If you are in Europe, then our products are only available on Amazon. And in this case, the seller is Edutige Europe.
And if you are here in Canada, like I am, then please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can help you with placing an order.
At some point, we will set up international shipping but for now, you’ll have to get in touch with me directly for shipping in Canada.
Anywhere else in the world
If you are anywhere else in the world and would like to order, you can also get in touch with me and I can help you get something shipped from our head office in South Korea.
So I hope you found that information helpful because as a consumer myself, I would want to know that what I am buying is from someone who is authorized to sell that product. And I think you’d agree with me.
Thanks for watching and be sure to like and subscribe so you don’t miss out on any of our videos. Talk to you again soon.
