What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for orders placed on Edutige online store.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, if at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may choose to return it to us for a refund with no questions asked. If the items are damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty, the items will not be accepted for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, all associated shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that this guarantee only applies to orders placed on Edutige’s online store (Edutige.net).
How do I return an item?
Please read the return instructions below and email us for a RMA number.
EDUTIGE ONLINE STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you bought your product directly from edutige.net, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it according to the instructions below. The credit card used for purchase will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
1.Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Edutige Customer Support by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of this page.
2.Package products together with a copy of the RMA form(email).
3.Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to (items must be received by Edutige within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

What is your warranty policy?
We are proud of our products and service and will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction. If you are experiencing a problem with an Edutige purchase, please read the information below to see if your issue is covered under the Edutige’s warranty.
EDUTIGE ONE YEAR WARRANTY:
Edutige products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser from the resellers/dealers authorized by Edutige and Edutige America. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers/dealers have already been sold once (to the non-authorized dealer) and therefore are second-hand goods by the time they come into your possession and are not covered by the Edutige warranty.
Edutige’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Edutige’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product does not have any warranty, condition or other liability.
Damage resulting from use, accident, water damage or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Edutige assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Edutige be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
How do I claim my warranty?
Please read the service instructions below and email us to firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA number.
WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:
Edutige will repair or replace your product free of charge if your product has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty above. Edutige is not responsible for shipping costs related to warranty returns.
Returns that are not authorized or do not qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is important for you to first communicate with Edutige Customer Support before sending in your return.
1.BEFORE sending anything to Edutige please contact our Customer Support by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of this page. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly via email and help you avoid downtime with your product(s).
2.If our Customer Support determines that your problem meets the requirements under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3.Prepare a package to return to Edutige.
4.Please include a print out of your original receipt email and a clearly written explanation of the problem you experienced with the product(s).
5.Write the RMA number issued to you on the outside of the box and send to:
