Here’s what you need to know about shipping and our warranty and return/exchange policy:

SHIPPING

• Shipping Rates: FREE shipping in the US!
• Items are shipped via USPS First Class: Estimated Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Tracking number is provided). Most customers receive their packages sooner, but we can’t guarantee that will happen in every case.
• Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and national holidays.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We are proud of our products and service and will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction. If you are experiencing a problem with an Edutige purchase, please read the information below to see if your issue is covered under the Edutige warranty.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser from the resellers/dealers authorized by EDUTIGE and EDUTIGE America. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers/dealers have already been sold once (to the non-authorized dealer) and therefore are second-hand goods by the time they come into your possession and are not covered by EDUTIGE’s warranty. Some non-authorized retailers will claim that they will warrant your purchase but may in fact not be in a good position to do so.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: (Edutige.net Online Purchases)

We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, if at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may choose to return it to us for a refund with no questions asked. If the items are damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty, the items will not be accepted for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, all associated shipping fees are non-refundable. NOTE: This guarantee only applies to orders placed on Edutige’s online store (Edutige.net).

EDUTIGE ONLINE STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you bought your product directly from Edutige.net, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it according to the instructions below. The credit card used for purchase will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

1.Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Edutige Customer Support by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of this page.

2.Pack the products together with a copy of your purchase receipt.

3.Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send the package to (items must be received by Edutige within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:

Edutige will replace your product free of charge if your product has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. Edutige is not responsible for shipping costs related to warranty returns.

1.BEFORE sending anything to Edutige please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of this page. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly via email and help you avoid downtime with your product(s).

2.If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem meets the requirements under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

3.Prepare a package to return to Edutige.

4.Please include a print out of your original receipt email and a clearly written explanation of the problem you experienced with the product(s).

5.On the outside of the box, write the RMA number issued to you. Then send the product(s) to:

Returns that do not qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is important for you to first communicate with Edutige’s Customer Support Team before sending in your return. Please contact us by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of this page.

EDUTIGE WARRANTY:

Edutige products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Edutige’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Edutige’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product does not have any warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, water damage or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Edutige assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Edutige be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
